Eric, the owner, knows all there is to know about ebikes and explains things very well and concise. Then you got Anthony who is the mechanical brains of the outfit who puts the bike together. This one is our 2nd bine. Our 1st ebike we bought without Epic Bike and therefore I had to put the bike together myself but I’m thinking ‘I can read instructions with the best of them’…didn’t count on Aventon making the worst assembly instructions imaginable. Wish I knew of Epic then. Aventon makes a great bike but world’s worst written & video instructions

Tires got a flat on the very first ride out. For a city commuter, it would be nice if it came with durable city tires that are more resistant to flats. Speed is great and the way it excels. Great to have a lot of adjustability with the geometry.
This bike is awesome. I love how it feels when you are riding the bike. Very sturdy with good quality components. I like all the anti-theft features it has.The GPS tracking was something I wanted my bike to have. Great smooth ride. It isa bicycle that you practically use as a motorcycle. Great for heavily congested areas in our city.
